We could tell you that we’re well into our second decade as an agency. That we have a London HQ but a team and clients all around the world. Or that our diverse team has specialist expertise in content and B2B tech.

But while this is an ‘about us’ page, it’s really still all about you.

That’s because our big difference isn’t any of the above. It’s that we make sense of the world.

We make sense of the world of content marketing for you, sure. But – through media-grade content – we make sense of much more for the customers and prospects of our clients in B2B tech, telecoms and professional services.

That’s because research shows that understanding your customer deeply is more important to them than your agility, pricing, cultural fit – and even the quality of your work.

That type of understanding leads to trust. And it’s that trust that both starts conversations with prospects and then allows you to retain healthy relationships with customers over the long term.

Partner up

Many of our clients are embedded in complex partner ecosystems and we are specialists in understanding those relationships and creating the right partner content.

We recognise that 25 percent of business is done through these partner networks – and that percentage is rising.

Similarly, from day one Collective Content was built with partnering in mind – from complementary agencies, to a network of freelance writers and other creatives, known as our Collectivists. These Collectivists perform about 10% of our work and we are transparent about when and why we use them.

While many agencies claim “We do content too”, few specialise and many sub-contract the bulk of their content creation. And those that do specialise in content often spread their subject matter expertise across several vertical industries.

Meanwhile our client list boasts names that would traditionally retain the large holding company agencies. But these agencies, even with their size (and $$$) don’t have depth of understanding and experience in every sector. And you can’t take that risk with content. (Small wonder they sometimes call us for support.)
